Adam has a strong legal background in employment, immigration, privacy and international labour, trade, and human rights, as well as significant experience in New Zealand's domestic and international law and policy.
Key achievements include:
- Appointed lower South Island COVID-19 Business Helpline Advisor
- Representing the New Zealand government as a delegate at the International Labour Organisation Conference at the United Nations, Geneva
- Successfully leading a project to ratify the international Labour Organisation's Maritime Labour Convention.
