Shona graduated from University of Otago in 2001 and joined Wilkinson Rodgers as a Partner in 2016.  She has a passion for all things business including governance.  She enjoys working with start-ups as well as small-to-medium-sized businesses. 

Shona's areas of expertise include commercial and business law, start-ups, buying or selling a business or property, trusts, asset protection, succession planning and relationship property.

Shona is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors which is why she can offer legal services as well as her governance experience. 

Interesting fact:   Shona has past experience working in law firms in London in the film, media and television areas of law.  She has worked on films such as Trainspotting and Fever Pitch.
